What are your opening hours?

We are open 9am – 8pm Mon – Thurs and 9am – 5pm on a Friday. We are also open from 9am – 1pm on a Saturday.

I need to make a claim, who do I contact?

The quickest and most convenient way for you to notify your insurer of a claim is to contact them directly.  You will find a list of direct phone numbers in this pack. You can find more information In your policy documents about how your insurer will progress your claim.

I am unhappy with the service I have received at Reach, how do I make a complaint?

We will always strive to give you the best possible service. If you are unhappy with any services you have received or would like to obtain a copy of the complaints process then please contact the Reach team on 0800 197 0660.

Can we talk to someone face-to-face?

Much of what we can do can be completed on the phone, however if you prefer to meet in person then this can be arranged. Our offices are based near Grantham, Lincolnshire.
