I have home insurance through you. How can I make a claim?
The quickest and most convenient way is to contact your home insurance provider directly. The contact details are included in this pack and also in your policy documents. If you are unsure who this is or don’t have the contact details please call us on 0800 197 0660 and we will be happy to help.
Does the home insurance that you provide cover buildings and contents?
You can specify the type of home insurance that you require. We have facilities to offer Buildings, Contents or both. We can also include valuable additional covers to ensure your protection is what it needs to be.
I own property which I rent out. Do you provide insurance for landlords?
Yes, we can provide specify cover for landlords, including rent guarantee. We can also arrange cover for your contents if you are a tenant.
Do you offer advice?
We don’t offer advice when you buy home insurance from us. We will however present all your options to you based on the information that you provide us with. This will help you make an informed choice on which insurance you decide to invest in.
How long will a quote take?
This will vary for each customer. As a general guideline you could expect a quotation to take approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
Can I buy home insurance from you online?
An online quote and buy facility is not currently available, however this service will become available in the future. We’ll keep you posted!
Can I pay by instalments?
Yes, you have the option to pay in full or by more manageable monthly payments.
